I am writing this letter in regard to the attempt of cash withdrawal a sum of Rs.10000/-(Ten Thousand Rupees), done on 28th June 2021on 4:30 Pm from your ATM (SYN2000202012), Transaction Number 2339. near State Hospital down of IIT Flyover. However, amount did not dispensed from ATM, however, my account got deducted with Amount Rs.10000/-(Ten Thousand Rupees).
Unfortunately, I have got only the withdrawal SMS on my mobile
I request you to kindly have a look into this matter and arrange a refund of amount Rs.10000/-(Ten Thousand Rupees), in my account.
